Built in 1804, the Wakefield Inn & Restaurant is located in the quiet, historic village of Wakefield Corner, New Hampshire; one of 25 homes on the National Register of Historic Places. The Inn has many unique features, the most spectacular of which is the “flying” spiral staircase which gracefully spirals up to the third floor with no center pole support. On the first floor there is a 3-sided fireplace that includes a beehive oven. The Inn also has a wrap around front porch, which is a favorite place to sit and relax in the cool, crisp mountain air. Savor your first cup of coffee and watch the sun rise.
Modern amenities include private baths for each room, a refrigerator for our guests and free wireless internet throughout the Inn.
