Dinner includes all 3 courses and Hot Beverages.

We use only the finest Naturally Raised Meats, and Organic Produce Whenever Possible, and our Menu Changes with the Seasons.

1st Course

Potato and Leek Soup

Salad of Pan Roasted Pear on a bed of Arugula with Toasted Pecans and Pecorino Cheese

Beet, Goat Cheese and White Bean Salad 



Main Course
 
Wild Salmon with Lemon Beurre Blanc layed on Mashed Kohlrabi with  Baby Carrots

Naturally Raised Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Mushroom Glaze, Saffron Risotto and Caramelized Broccoli

Pork Tenderloin Braised with Apple Cider Bourbon Onions with Red Cabbage and Apples

Pan Seared Chicken Breast with a Red Wine Fig Reduction on a bed of Wild Rice Pilaf

Herb Rubbed Lamb Chops on a bed of braised leeks and Roast Sweet Potatoes


 
3rd Course
 
Chocolate Mousse with Almond Grand Marnier Glaze

Tarte Tatin

Cranberry, Gingered Almonds and Fig Semi-freddo
