Payments and Cancellation Policy (Per Room)

Payment in full is required at the time of reservation.    Due to the limited number of rooms, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to any reservation cancelled more than 14 days prior to check in.  Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit entire deposit.

A credit card must be kept on file in order to check in to your room.  Damage to linens, towels and Inn property above and beyond normal wear and tear will result in a replace/repair charge to the credit card on file. You will be emailed prior to the charge and agree by checking in to pay any fees resulting in the above.  Linens, pillows, towels or robes removed from removes will be charged to your credit card on file.

Rooms which are part of a requested room block require payment in full within 21 days of the blocks hold and are not subject refund at any point.
