Whittier Room

This room is named after one of America’s famous poets, John Greenleaf Whittier, who stayed at the Inn on a vacation to the area in 1891. Our largest room has a King Shaker canopy bed covered by a down comforter and ‘Comfy’ sheets making for a good night sleep. There is also a twin daybed making this room good for a family of 3. The Private bath just down hall from the room with a clawfoot tub just great for a long soak. You may even get inspired to wax poetic in the room’s journal. Sleeps two or three.
